Solved via dialogue with the doctor, but completed via dialogue with the bartender.
NOTE: When you solve this problem via dialogue with the doctor, but before compelting it via dialogue with the bartender, dialogue with the doctor becomes disabled. Complete it though, and then you can talk with the doctor again. This is important for healing crippled limbs.
