Hub Chef is a chef in Hub who could use some help from you, if you have enough Charisma and Intelligence.
It is possible to get Bonus HP from the Hub Chef. In order to start this, start with the dialogue "You call this soup? Get the hell out of my way! I'll teach you how to make soup!" followed with "That's more like it! What do you need?".

If you head to the NCR Post Office left of the fiber crops, head inside. He's found in the kitchen. In Hub market area.
