Obtaining
- Lighters have the chance to be found in caves.
- Lighters can be bought from Buster in NCR.
- From a quest Buy cigarettes for Buster in NCR.
- Craft at a workbench or advanced workbench.
Uses
- Lighters are no longer required in your inventory in order to smoke, but are still able to light cigarettes.
- Lighters are one of the items that Monte Carlo might ask for in the quest Bring items to Monte Carlo.
- Vera Lieun collects them (National Lighter Hoarding Championship)
