He is the son of Big Jesus Mordino, who is the head of the whole Mordino family. Lil' Jesus is also the man after whom the "Little Jesus" knife is named. Lil' Jesus works the main floor at the Desperado, and his father is upstairs.
If you want to join the Mordino family, you need to talk with Lil' Jesus. First, he gives you a Briefcase you must take to Metzger in Den. If you complete that task, you can talk with him again to try to join the family. He'll give you another Briefcase that contains a lot of Jet. To join his family, you'll need to impress him by selling Jet to multiple people all around New Reno.
