Punk is the giver of the Industrial Park Message quest. As the wastelander approaches, she seems to be looking for someone but grants the player a job opportunity instead. The punk doesn't let on however to the fact that you're being set up to be raped while she gets payed.

After completing her quest she only responds with: "Fuck off."
