The main quest item in Fallout 2, the Garden of Eden Creation Kit (G.E.C.K) was a device created by Future-Tec, a division of Vault-Tec Industries. Designed to revitalize areas of a post-nuclear wasteland. The concept of the device as well as its design was completed by Doctor Stanislaus Braun, a brilliant but egotistical Vault-Tec researcher. It was used to create Vault City.
