Boneyard Guard

In the Boneyard, go to the Fortress of the Gunrunners (building surrounded by radioactive goo) and speak to the guard wearing a combat armor called Marshal inside the building with the little merchant. If you have a combat skill less than 90%, he will pity you and will teach you a few pointers for a small skill boost.

Requirements

• Small Guns, Big Guns and Energy Weapons skills must be ≤ 90%.

Rewards

• +15 in Small Guns skill.
• A 10mm Pistol and 47x 10mm JHP ammo.
