Boneyard Guard

In the Boneyard, go to the Fortress of the Gunrunners (building surrounded by radioactive goo) and speak to the guard wearing a Combat Armor called Marshal inside the building with the little merchant. If you have a combat skill no greater than 65%, he will pity you and will teach you a few pointers for a small boost to a combat6 skill of your choice.

Requirements

• Small Guns, Big Guns and Energy Weapons skills must be no greater than 65%.

Rewards

• +10% in any of Small Guns, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Close Combat or Throwing skills.
