Crafter is Character class that makes stuff like weapons, armor, ammo, drugs, tools, and explosives.
Note : On FOnline: Reloaded every character can be a crafter since there is no lvl cap on skill points and there are books which increase supporst skills. However it is far easier to make a mule character as crafter since, they can carry more raw materials at one time, and even at low levels they can have a high number of skill points in Repair, Science, Traps and Doctor.

usually 10 int for 30 skill points per level
