Elmer is having problems with attacks in Necropolis and he needs you to deliver a message to Skeeter in Gecko for help.

Talk to Elmer for a bit. He's located in the Watershed. He will ask you to deliver a message to Skeeter all the way up in Gecko. You can read the holodisk he gives you by using it and looking in your Pip-Boy Archives. Don't worry if you die and lose the holodisk because you can still deliver Skeeter the message without the holodisk. Once you talk to Skeeter, he will give you a holodisk too, and want you return to Necropolis with his reply to Elmer.
