Harold is assisted by Lenny in Gecko. He was born before the Great War, but is the result of FEV and radiation exposure. The Ghoul differs from his companions due to FEV which normally results in Super Mutants.
As a merchant and town leader, Harold is involved in trading as well as Town Control.
