Phoenix Armor Implants is a Fallout 2 perk.
Requirements
This is a special perk, which means that you can't just pick it when you level up. You can get this from doctors in Vault City, Redding, or San Francisco once you learn about implants in Vault City. The implant will also require you to part with a suit of normal combat armor. Combat armor mk II or Brotherhood armor cannot be used for this purpose.
Benefit
This implant adds 5% to your damage resistance against plasma, laser and fire weapons.
Notes
You can implant yourself with Phoenix Assault Enhancement only if you have this implant.
