Getting this implant will permanently give the character the following bonuses:
- 4% increased resistance to Fire damage
- 4% increased resistance to Laser damage
- 4% increased resistance to Plasma damage
- Fire Damage Threshold increased by 1
- Laser Damage Threshold increased by 1
- Plasma Damage Threshold increased by 1
These bonuses are in addition to whatever other bonuses the character has from other implants, including the other Phoenix implant.
Surgery Requirements
Dr Fung in San Francisco is able to perform implant operations. In order to do that (for each operation), he needs:
- An implant module for a particular augmentation
- A suit of Combat Armor
- 100k bottle caps
