You literally cover your targets in bullets... one of them is bound to find a hole. Your opponents' armors' critical modifiers no longer make any difference.
Spray and Pray reduces to zero both critical chance and critical power modifiers of one's target's protective covering whenever you attack him/her with either a single unaimed shot or a burst.
Note: This perk works only for SGs, BGs, EWs, and thrown weapons.
