There is a vault dweller woman working as an office attendant inside Happy Harry's at Vault City, near a computer. She will hire you to deliver heavy packages to various people in different towns. Find the recipients, deliver the packages, and return each time to get paid in Caps per round trip, either 500 or 1500 depending on the destination, which seems to be random (you can get the same one twice consecutively).
