These pills are used by people with heart problems.
Talk with various NPCs, like anxious caravan guards in Shady Sands and find which ones need which items. One of them will have pains in his chest from the heat, and will be thankful for these pills. Other than that, it appears to be a collector's item with no known use.
Obtaining
- Can be looted from one of the enemies while you Find William's Daughter
- Can be acquired during the Mark of the Wanderer quest
