William is in Junktown just above the boxing ring near the Skum Pitt bar. He is drinking heavily and tells you his daughter Sandy has been kidnapped by slavers. He tried to rescue her but got shot in the leg, so he needs help. He sends you to find James in the Boneyard, who might know where to find the bald slaver boss, Rick the Bouncer.
NOTE: This quest works, but there are some map issues in the bar where some invisible holes in the wall lead out into Oblivion (dark areas meant to be solid rock/dirt, not intended to be accessed).
James shows you where to find a "Secret Bar", where bad things happen. You can expect all of the people here to be high on Drugs, and somewhat out of their minds. This might explain why one or more of them, including slaves you might be willing to rescue, will suddenly attack you without apparent reason, while others including guards will ignore you even during your fights. It's a messed up place, and a glimpse into a dark twisted world, with messed up people living in drug-induced states. Don't expect them to make sense.
Search the whole place for Sandy. Then talk with Mean Jeff. If you give some Jet to Jeff, he will tell you about an "Old Farmhouse" nearby, which is an even worse place to be. At the old farmhouse, find a guy named Trap Man, the man most responsible for the enslaved children.

Bring some Jet for Jeff to get the next hidden location. You can bring 2000 Caps to pay Rick the Bouncer (115) to get into the basement, or ignore Rick and go into the basement without paying. Bring good lockpicks too, to open doors and containers. |
