Losing hit points is tantamount to sustaining wounds.
To restore Hit Points, wounds can be treated with First Aid skill, or by using certain Drugs:
- Eating Fruit will restore 4 HP, or 16 HP if you know the Way of the Fruit
- Weak Healing Powders
- Healing Powders
- Stimpaks
- Super Stimpaks
- Hypos
Otherwise, just wait some time and usually your Healing Rate will recover a Character back to full health.
