This car is clearly the most affordable of all the Vehicles, once you get a working Fuel Cell Controller. You cannot bring any passengers though - it only has 1 seat, for the driver.
Speed

Deterioration
Vehicles do break down with use, some faster than others. Rating the deterioration rates of all Vehicles, with 10 being the slowest (best) rate and 50 being the fast (worst), this vehicle has a rating of 25. Use Science to check fuel, and condition. Use a Repair Tool to fix.
