About
Dr. Fung is an elderly doctor of Chinese descent. He has been living in San Francisco for many years and is considered a local scholar on the history of the area. He is affiliated with the the Shi.
Services
- In the past, he was the only NPC to sell Implants. Maybe he will again some day. He does still install Implants, if you can get them, but the surgery is very expensive, and he will only operate on patients who are totally free of all Poison and radiation prior to surgery.
