Mitch in the Far Go Traders in Hub (Market Place) offers you a job. To help him, you need to find each of the three scouts around the surrounding cities. The first one you will have to find is a guy named Captain Lex in Junktown. He is located in a small tent outside of the Junktown's fence near the South Gate. After speaking with Captain Lex, proceed to the New Adytum section of Boneyard and find Dryer near the entrance and speak with him to get the report. Next, go to the Followers of the Apocalypse's Library located on the northeastern of New Adytum, enter the building in front of you and find Nicole near the shelves in the room on your right. After speaking with all three of the NPCs, go back to the Hub and speak with Mitch to complete this quest.
