Frier's family of six lives in a building in the north corner of Junktown, and he's concerned about the health of his four children. He can barely afford to pay the local doctor, so maybe you can help.
NOTE: First you examine and diagnose one of his daughters, and then find out it's his son Trinkered who has the worst problem. There is no apparent way to examine the other two children though, so it's possible this quest is unfinished or partially broken.
