The computers do not yield Electronic Parts, and the elevator does not work, the machines cannot be fixed, the Mr Handy is permanently inoperable, the place is always dirty, and the lights are always off. There is a small mine up front but mining here is very slow. One of the locker rooms has a locked door, opened with a Pass Key (Yellow). Not shown here is the large outside map near a cliff side with the bunker's entrance.
There is a working door in the back of the conference room, but the way is blocked by rocks. This and the elevator, both suggest there is (or was) a lot more to this place, but this is all that is accessible for now.
