Doctor Burhnefletch is having trouble getting people to visit his clinic. He asks you to find four Injured people in Hub and tell them to visit him.

The four people are apparently all "Hubbers", old men whose injuries are not apparent until you talk with them.

NOTE: You may encounter some possible bug with this quest, where the 4th Hubber won't dialogue. Still checking...

Spoiler Hints
Expect to find each of the four people in a different area in Hub. One might be in a church, and one might be in an abandoned building. One might might be in the Market district, and one might be in Old Town, while another is in the Heights.
