- From magic locker in the Dayglow.
- From locker on the last floor inside the Ares Rocket Silo.
- From multiple lockers in the The Glow.
- From New Reno Underground, La Grange and Warehouse magic lockers
- From footlockers in random encounters on city tiles (Found in very small ammounts,~7 2mm EC)
