Description
This is the best and the rarest helmet in-game. Probably even more rare than the armor its supposed to be worn with together. Many sleepless nights you shall have for this one!
You also get a +1 Charisma bonus when you wear the helmet! The helmet also has a built-in radio!

- Keep trying and you can eventually get one of these from Dayglow's high-tier locker.
