A religious group started by The Master, and now led by a man who goes by the lofty alias of "The Voice". They are enemies of Followers of the Apocalypse.
Their old cathedral has been destroyed, now known as Boneyard crater, and their current headquarters is a ruined building at Cathedral. You can join them and fight for their cause in the Religious War.
