In Junktown a woman named Sassy Givins, in the same building as Boyce, will buy all of your spears. (Repeatable job)
Spears can be obtained occasionally through hunting Raiders, but in bulk by hunting Dead Walkers and Mad Warriors, both of which can be found on Caravans running between the Hub and the New California Republic.
