Jacob is a vendor in Hub's Oldtown area, and he will offer you a job to deliver a message to Marshal at Gunrunners. You serve as the middleman in a short back-n-forth conversation between Jacob and his contact at the Gunrunners.
Requirements
- At least 3 Charisma to be able to talk to Jacob and Marshal.
- At least 50% skill in either Small Guns, Big Guns, or Energy Weapons to be able to talk to Marshal.
