William is in Junktown just above the boxing ring near the Skum Pitt bar. He is drinking heavily and tells you his daughter Sandy has been kidnapped by slavers. He tried to rescue her but got shot in the leg, so he needs help. He sends you to find James in the Boneyard, who might know where to find the bald slaver boss.

NOTE: This quest works, but may need some polishing - the enemies do not aggro properly and the basement is forced Turn-Based.

Hints...

Bring 2000 Caps to pay the bald guy to get into the basement, and bring good lockpicks to get beyond a door there.
