Some Vehicles are sold in New Reno by T-Ray, and do not require a Fuel Cell Controller, but Todd is the vehicle salesman out west, working at Junkyard just north of the ruins of San Francisco. He offers a variety of alternate vehicles, upon being asked for 'something special'. He might be a former member of a musical band named "There We Smolder", along with Badger the Computer Technician, a guy named Aaron, and their lead singer.
