Quest:
NCR Raiders
The Quest-Giver is:
Elise the Ranger in Shady Sands, in the Workbench building.
Destination: {{{access}}} {{{dest}}}
Party Access: {{{party}}} {{{shared}}}
Requirements: Just be really strong
Completion: Defeat the raiders and report back to Elise the Ranger.
Rewards: 3000 XP

This mission has three options, varying in level of difficulty, but none of them are very easy. The raiders in all three camps do superior damage, will swarm you, heal quickly, and seem to have high resistances to both normal and critical damage.

Camp #1

One level only, ground floor outdoors, surrounded by a fence with a main gate. There may be more enemies here than you expect, as they populate all areas both inside and outside of buildings. Check all containers - the loot is low, but you might find a few high-quality Crafting materials. You might get this done within 30 irl minutes (1 round of Drugs).

You don't have to go straight in through the gate. You can go up the right side of the fence on the outside, and find the door into a building there.

There may be another break in the fence on the left side.

Camp #2

One level only, ground floor outdoors, an urban ruins. Tougher than Camp #1. Set aside at least an hour for this one, and bring extra ammo, some Repair skill, and 3 rounds of Drugs just in case it's tougher than you expected.

Camp #3

Fight your way into a vault with multiple levels. Much tougher than Camp #2. Bring help. Bring a ton of ammo. Bring many sstims. Bring multiple rounds of Drugs, and spare Armor and/or someone with high Repair skill and some Super Tool Kits. At least 2 irl hours needed, but plan for a longer adventure.
