An Energy Expert will be able to craft all kinds of Energy guns, from the small Magneto-Laser Pistol to the great Plasma Rifle.

Note: You can only learn Profession: Energy Expert if you have at least 3 or 4 Intelligence. The exact number still needs to be tested and confirmed, but the teachers will not even speak to you if you only have 2 IN.
