The Super Stimpak is the second-highest tier healing item in the game, second only to the Hypo. It is an incredibly powerful healing drug, healing 80 HP per use.

NPCs in the following encounters may carry this item:
- Bounty Hunters

Blueprint
A blueprint is required to craft Super Stimpaks, in addition to Profession: Doctor [2]. You can buy the blueprint for 6500 caps from Doc Jubilee in NCR.
After being used, there is a chance to recover an Empty Hypodermic.
