Notes:

In the NCR, talk to Fergus in the lobby of Tandi's office. He will send you to Gunther, the well-dressed man in the next room. Gunther will tell you that the NCR is trying to clean the railroad to make it usable again, but that somewhere a gang (The Horatius Rail Line Gang) is causing trouble. You have to go there and get rid of the gang by any way possible.

At the rail line there are three tents. Three men are guarding the tents, one at the southern tent, two at the western. Horatio, armed with a Sawed-Off Shotgun, is located in the northern tent, accompanied by one of his thugs, armed with a [10mm SMG]]. The two men guarding the western tent are armed as thus: one with a 10mm SMG and one with a Spear and anywhere between 1-4 Grenade (Frag)s.

The gang is camping towards the northeast of the NCR.

Note: Railway Gang thugs will remember characters who attacked them.
