This weapon is PvP viable. The turbo plasma rifle requires a Turbo Plasma Capacitor.
- This may no longer be required as you can only find turbo plasma rifles and can no longer craft them.
Note: Turbo Plasma Rifle has +5 crit roll bonus.

- From magic lockers in New Reno and Warehouse with a 2% chance to spawn
- Also from special loot lockers in Ares Rocket Silo and Glow
