Investigate the mysterious circumstances of a young lounge singer's husband...

When you approach Hope the Lounge Singer, she's in an argument with some guy. Their argument ends on a tense note as he leaves. She will ask you for a Lighter, and if you bring her one, you can engage in longer dialogue to get this assignment to play detective for her.

NOTE: After Hope the Lounge Singer, you go to the Police Station and dialogue with Sheriff Andrew Hayden. To progress in the investigation, you must end dialogue with Hayden properly, via the correct dialogue option. If you do this right, the other two detectives will dialogue with you. If they don't talk to you, then go back and try again with Hayden.
