This car is clearly the most affordable of all the Vehicles, once you get a working Fuel Cell Controller. You cannot bring any passengers though - it only has 1 seat, for the driver.

NOTE: This vehicle's trunk is tricky to access. If you stand in the hex directly under the rear tire and press G, it should open.
