As the description says, Gamma Gulp Beer glows in the dark, and it can be used to decorate bases or tents by placing the drink on the ground. This drink can be bought at Gecko, from Wooz in The Harp. One can also be obtained from the drunk at the end of the bar in the Maltese Falcon when you're in dialogue with him during the No Child Left Behind quest. You can turn around and give it to Jackson standing nearby for a few XP, or keep it. This beer can occasionally be found in some town lockers, including Necropolis.
