The Oil Can is a highly-valued Repair tool because it always does a perfect repair when used on gear, like Armor or Weapons. Each one can only be used once though, and disappears upon use. People will often pay premium Caps for these, especially if they own any Power Armor.
NOTE: These were once part of the Stranded Rust quest, but replaced there by Grease.
Obtaining
- Can be found in random footlockers in urban areas/city ruins, but is apparently very rare
- Ruined Military Bunker
