Notes:	Have Snakeater, bring Antidotes & RadAway Use Psycho and Beer for +Dmg Resistance Watch for completion message after combat

Speak with Noringo about the problem:

The Boneyard is having problems with the local Centaurs and Floaters. The Regulators are willing to pay me a couple thousand caps to go out there, and kill an army of 30-40 of them. I should speak with Noringo if I'm interested.

Speak with Noringo again to get the quest:

Time to destroy an army of hideously mutated creatures for the people of L.A. Damn, this is going to be tough. The swarm is right outside the city.

Find the location nearby on The World map, but only go there if you're ready to be chased and surrounded by the monsters, which seriously poison you very quickly.

When you've defeated them, watch for the text message which directs you to return to Noringo.
