Pickpocket makes stealing much easier by reducing both size and facing modifiers by 50%.

| Where to obtain (Spoiler) |
| It can be obtained during a conversation with a rather shady individual that is known to hang around Old Town, the easternmost district of the Hub. When dealing with the aforementioned thug, extreme caution is advised. |
Note: Pickpocket is by far the most useful perk that a thief can have.
