Grisham from Modoc asks you to deliver Meat Bag full of his famous jerky to one of his customers.
This quest is repeatable, but it does not appear in your PipBoy. Perhaps in the future it will appear as job type quest, like other repeatable quests.
Rewards
The rewards depend on to which city you are going to deliver the meat. One delivery means one city of your choosing. Grisham doesn't pressure you to choose any specific one, nor does he ask you. It's entirely in your discretion to make that choice.
