Obtaining
- Simply complete the quest, Buy cigarettes for Buster to easily obtain one.
- Craft it. (see crafting table)
- Buy one from a Merchant.
Loot various NPCs in encounters, such as:
- Followers of the Apocalypse
- Highwaymen
- Marauders
- Powder Gang
- Press Gang
- Raiders (all types, except the metal ones)
- Robbers
- Moonshiners
- Farm Thug
