When you're still Level 1, or if your combat skills are all still otherwise very low, go to the Boneyard at Gunrunners, and speak with Marshal, the guard wearing Combat Armor, inside the building with Ralph, the short merchant. If your combat skills are no greater than 91%, he will pity you and will teach you a few pointers for a small boost to a combat skill of your choice.
Requirements
- Any of Gun skills, Close Combat or Throwing must be no more than 91%
Rewards
- +10% in any fighting skill of your choice.
NOTE: This perk won't show up in your Character's list of Support Perks.
