The blood of a thief runs through your veins. You are granted a Luck/50 chance of no timeout when unsuccessfully attempting to steal. A well-rounded thief is a live thief.

| It can be obtained during a conversation with Shadow, a dark shadowy individual that is known to hang around near the workbench in Hub's easternmost district called Old Town. When dealing with the aforementioned thug, extreme caution is advised. |
