Ranks	1
Bonus	On world map, shows list of encs/zone on mouse-over. Uncovers all zones on world map.

You have improved your ability to see distant locations, increasing the size of explorations on the World Map by one square in each direction.

NOTE: The description is inaccurate. This perk now reveals all zones on The World map, including the ocean.

Where to obtain (Spoiler)
It can be obtained during a conversation with Vault City Citizen Sergeant Stark, who can be found in the Corrections Center building in Vault City.
