Buffout is a popular drug for any Characters doing combat, especially those doing PvP. Buffout adds 2 Strength to a Character's SPECIAL, thus decreasing the chance of weapon drops. Buffout also decreases Agility by 1, so it is usually used together with Nuka-Cola to recover that Agility point, thus cancelling the negative effect of Buffout.
If a Character is a Heavy Handed punching expert, the nominal Stength might be 7, but with Buffout and Psycho, it can be 10 for maximum knockdowns.
Renesco sells this blueprint for 7500 Caps.
