It's best to use a leveling build first, to reach target level, and then Reroll.

Description

This is an energy sniper. He stands back from target at maximum distances (47 hexes) and uses Laser Rifles to hit enemy with crit damage. This particular sniper has Even Tougher to tank some incoming damage, but don't depend heavily on that - his limited Hit Points and otherwise lack of tankyness means he is vulnerable. So shoot from a distance and maintain that distance to stay alive, move, setup and shoot again.

NOTE: This is NOT an implant build. This sniper will certainly benefit from certain implants, including Strength and Perception, but would need to be slightly re-engineered for a full set.

Usage

Go to Ares Rocket Silo, for example, and mess up the mutants outside on the surface. Set up hot keys for aiming to eyes, head, groin, arms, and legs. Hit enemy from 47 hexes, and retreat as they advance. They walk, and you can run, so you can maintain a semi-safe distance and keep shooting them during the retreat process. Plan your retreat path to lead them on long routes, and use their slow walking speed to recharge your AP as you go.
