This is an ideal sniper weapon; it has the Long Range weapon perk, which increases your Hit Chance. With the right Character build, it is PvP viable. It works great for Sneak snipers, especially those with Sharpshooter, but for any Small Guns sniper with More Critical, Even More Criticals, and Better Criticals.
